A group of students from Beijing High School No. 4 in Beijing, China will spend nearly three weeks in Oklahoma City in the upcoming weeks. The visiting students are the host buddies for the Robert & MeiLi Hefner Foundation’s Hefner Initiative Awardees who stayed in Beijing last summer as part of the Hefner Initiative program. The Beijing students will attend daily classes and reside in the dormitory at the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The students will have the opportunity to participate in special events and activities such as touring the Oklahoma State Capitol, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, and the University of Oklahoma.
